@BILLieve88 Yes, there was. That's why officers were attempting to take him into custody. They wrestled him, he got away. Tried to tase him, it didn't work. He reached for a weapon. An officer fired. I'm not saying change isn't needed. But opinions should be based on facts not narratives.
