@Ramez05 I can concede that the division survival did emulate to some extent all that but it was a simple mode and not really anything else beyond that. I think almost all division fans were disappointed when div2 didn't expand on this idea.

@Ramez05 3rd person, skill tree, crafting, and more threatening AI. And the fact is looking graphically great and runs like butter on all systems. Set in a cool setting. And that's just what we know from the server slam. I'm not sure what you mean by it's not different.

@MooreDausen @partyloon Arena Breakout Infinite. It's basically a tarkov clone that came out earlier. If you haven't heard of it I would recommend that game to you. And it's free and feels not paid to win.

In Arc Raiders when people said the loot was "boring" I've come to realize they mean to say they don't like crafting games.

@Eternal_Bones1 Seems like extraction games aren't your thing. Like your literally describing the power scaling gameplay loop. Go find stuff to build better stuff, rinse and repeat. If you don't find that entertaining then sorry it didn't tickle your fancy.

@MooreDausen @partyloon Well the whole point of the server slam was just to stress test the servers. It wasn't supposed to give you a good look at loot but to just see how it plays mainly. Crafting is a big part of the game. I know the full game will have way more.

@MooreDausen @partyloon I think your criticism may be towards extraction shooters as a whole. That's the general cycle of the gameplay loop. Acquiring better gear and then the risk of losing it. The missions will progress probably to the point of needing to take down a queen Arc but we shall see.

Yeah I can tell. Dude this is literally 5% of the game. I understand what your saying but at the same time from playing last test and this one. There is more loot. Getting keys lend you access to restricted areas with rare guns and/or blueprints.

I think the only thing Arc Raiders should have in 2025 is way more options for character creation. It is clearly the biggest miss compared to everything else they hit right on. But so many players will be turned off at the start from this.

@Disbearity Very true. A very brutal truth I came to realize years ago. It was a painful but relieving thing to come to terms with. But at least now if I ever wanted to pursue that or anything I'm informed on our much effort it's going to take to get a crumb.
