The Mazowe River is being damaged near JB’s Drift by a Chinese businessman.

Is this even legal? Who authorises gold mining activities like this? Mazowe Dam is already under pressure, and projects like these could make the situation even worse.

Surely there should be proper oversight and environmental assessments before something of this scale is allowed to happen.
