@AnarchySai Not sure if it’ll work for you but I’ve been taking primrose evening oil (just like a vitamin/pill) for a long time & it’s rly helped lessen my cramps/other severe symptoms! It’s a fairly common pms/pmdd treatment & might be worth trying
