Check out how many death sentence and death penalty is awarded to rapists in India till date. It's not just about introducing it's about implementing where our government lack!

The little girl was playing Holi with his brother and friends. They forcefully took her and after raping her they ruin her eyes & left naked in ditch of a railway station.
