As I understand it, at the moment you have to have a BMI>30 to get either of the two prescribed, so if you are almost obese and want to lose weight, you have to order them from China. I can't blame people for wanting to try the latest and greatest thing if they can get access to it, especially if they have struggled with losing weight for a long time.
