@Headteacherchat I’m in the same position. Full time Head teacher. 0.6 SENCO who also teaches for 1 of those days. That’s it. So all SLT roles are held by the head. It makes things feel stretched and difficult to keep strategic when also fulfilling so many leadership roles.
