链上数据比K线诚实。下面这套筛选条件，我按 GMGN 官方文档和公开数据重新核对过，每一条都标了依据。直接拿去用。

我用的GMGN筛选器，只留这几条：
1. Top 10 持仓 < 30%
筹码太集中，一个大户砸盘你就出局。

2. LP 已烧毁或已锁定
没烧池子的，约60%概率会被rug。

3. Rug 比例 < 0.10
“低风险”档。0.10–0.30要谨慎，超过0.30直接跳过。

4. 流动性 > $10,000
低于这个数，滑点能吃掉你。

5. Mint 权限已丢弃
必查项。没丢弃，项目方随时可以增发砸盘。

这几条是经验值，不是绝对标准，但能帮你过滤掉大部分垃圾：
上线时间 > 24 小时
排除刚开盘几分钟的狙击期。没有官方背书，但方向对。

市值 $10K–$50K
偏超早期打法。赔率高，风险也高。不同风格用不同区间，这不是通用线。

6 小时成交量 > $10,000
非常低的下限。成交量越高，真人参与越多。垃圾盘通常没量。

老鼠仓比例 < 20%
进阶版的建议值。太高说明内部人控盘严重。

狙击者比例越低越好（< 5 为佳）
狙击手多的盘子，散户进去就是接盘。

把这几个条件��成GMGN的筛选器，打开提醒。
过了这五关的币，才值得你打开图表去看叙事、看催化剂、看社区是不是活人。
