Surrey deserves better! For too long, the province has neglected our city, leaving us with crumbling healthcare and inadequate services. It’s time for change—demand action now! #SurreyMatters#BCpoli
A $3.5 billion bridge was cancelled. Now we hear a tunnel may cost upwards of $12 billion.
That's not progress. That's expensive incompetence.
This government really couldn’t build a hotdog stand. #BCpoli
In Victoria, a man already wanted for attacking and robbing one person spotted an Imam in his car — dressed in traditional Islamic attire — and allegedly targeted him next.
He forced open the door, struck the Imam repeatedly, spat on him, and told him to “go home.”
This wasn’t random. It was a vicious attack on a respected religious leader in our community.
We cannot tolerate this. Attacks on faith leaders have no place in Canada — yet in BC, incidents like this feel far too common.
Stand with Imam Ebrahim Gadou and condemn this violence.
The Imam has shown remarkable forgiveness, saying he’d welcome dialogue. His grace shouldn’t excuse the violence.
And I hope he gave a little back to the suspect while defending himself.

Outrageous that a teacher In Cranbrook would have to bail out NDP insiders. Insiders that had a record run of profits. But do the developers know n Surrey get bailed out? What about Kelowna and Prince George? No?

A win for justice.
With Bailey’s Law now through the Senate, Canada is taking an important step toward recognizing the serious and often deadly reality of coercive and controlling behaviour in intimate partner relationships.
Survivors deserve to be heard, protected, and supported. I will continue working to ensure BC strengthens its response and aligns with these important measures.
I was on Global News talking about the cancellation of the contractor working on the George Massey Tunnel replacement project. After 8 years there is now no bridge, no tunnel, no contractor, and no environmental assessment. The NDP government could not mess this up more if they tried. What an absolute disaster! #bcpoli
When the world comes to British Columbia, it's the men and women on the front lines who make these events possible.
Thank you to the @VancouverPD@BCRCMP@TransitPoliceBC@VanFireRescue@BC_EHS@EComm911_info and all public safety personnel working tirelessly to keep residents and visitors safe during FIFA events.
Your professionalism, preparation, and commitment do not go unnoticed. 🇨🇦
On the CKNW Jas Johal show talking about the cancellation of the George Massey Tunnel contract and what it means for us south of the Fraser River. Have a listen. This NDP government couldn't build a hotdog stand! #BCPoli#masseytunnel

Mission Accomplished!
Today I amplified the voices of the families of Bailey McCourt and the friends of Laura Gover.
And we achieved a meeting with a minister and an openness to GPS monitoring!!
Its better than yesterday!

FIFA is coming to Vancouver while the NDP can’t even handle the pressure already crushing the Lower Mainland with gridlock, overloaded hospitals, rising crime, and public safety concerns.
Are they going to pull police from smaller B.C. communities just to cover the chaos during FIFA?
When we raise these concerns in the Legislature, the NDP refuses to give clear answers because they know they are not prepared for what’s coming.
The Conservative opposition has been preoccupied with internal issues for the last year. It has rarely mentioned FIFA World Cup in Question Period. Only four QPs left in this session. #bcpoli
