@PeakoQuant@noalphadecay But I think intraday you will just pick up lots of noise around the slower moving trend, but not more trends to trade. The intraday returns from price movement will be much smaller than a multi-day trend.
@duolingo how do you reset a child account password? The faq doesn’t mention it and the reset form requires an email address which a child account doesn’t have. Waiting 2 days for a response from the Duolingo support….

“Barratt said the blame lay with the engineering firm and the contractor who built it”
Same excuse from my developer. The build work is sub-contracted out with little oversight of the project and adherence to the original designs. Buyers unaware of this

I have written to @arconic who have not taken any responsibility - moral or financial - for their role in the Grenfell tragedy & building safety crisis. They’ve instead spent around £9m per year on lawyers to defend themselves. I will use all tools at my disposal to make them pay
Thank you for keeping this up the news agenda. Tonight me and over 60 other families in Ipswich are homeless because our £37bn freeholder @railpen refuses to make our homes safe #EndOurCladdingScandal#BuildingSafetyCrisis
While @michaelgove’s latest announcement is welcome, we know by now that it won’t fix the problem on the ground
There really is no way to unlock the mortgage market other than ‘Government Guarantees’ ⬇️
Time to put leaseholders out of their misery - can you help @mtpennycook?
@luhc Please can you also prevent them from operating in the public sector? @WillmottDixon haven’t signed but are working on schools and other publicly funded projects. They shouldn’t receive a penny of public money after the disgraceful trail of flammable flats they’ve built.
Too many social housing tenants are being let down and ignored. They deserve a home that is warm, decent and safe. So we are shining a light on rogue landlords that ignore their tenants time and again
@MichaelGove says you can complain to @HousingOmbuds to #Makethingsright
How has @TheFCA looked the other way for so long remembering most leasehold sites are not able to defend their rights
@michaelgove the insurance issue goes beyond commissions!

✍️ Clive Betts MP, Chair of the @CommonsLUHC committee wrote to @michaelgove asking for information on who signed the developer contract and how the Govt plans to hold product manufacturers to account.

On 10 January 2022, Michael Gove announced a ‘reset’ of the government’s approach to building safety admitting that it was “long past time that we fix the crisis” and vowing to “take action to end the scandal and protect leaseholders”. Where does today’s announcement leave us? 🧵
