This new Twitter ToS update is concerning to me.
They've added lines allowing content posted to be used in AI training models specifically calling out allowed use in generative AI. The image on the left is the previous ToS from October 9th. The image on the right is the new ToS from October 16th.
This platforms best use continues to be for shitposting.
@boyusa2011 That is a very old project and a random thing to bring up on this artwork. There will be no next page. But I'm rewriting it and making it into light novel.
@TheArtGun That really sucks.
I too many years ago had a toenail being a little bit ingrown. And I was instructed by the school nurse to use a kind of potassium hydroxide soap, and do like foot baths over a week or two. And also after each time try to nudge it back.
I still do not, and will not accept @Adobe TOS "walk back" why? I found this story on LinkedIn about another Adobe Stock contributor, who's IP was obliterated for Firefly to train on via Adobe Stock. Read what happened to Eric Urquhart. @Tatum_Hunter_@WIRED#CreateDontScrape
