We develop emission-free energy to help industry thrive in a net-zero world. Follow for #wasteheat and #geothermal content and #AlbertaNo1 project updates.
In our recent poll, you answered that #sustainableenergy was the benefit of heat that resonated with you the most. In response, we wanted to share more info on how heat can deliver this #cleanenergy. 🧵 (1/9)
Bring on the Heat: Essential industrial facilities produce thermal energy which dissipates into our atmosphere. This waste heat can be recovered and converted to power with technologies similar to low-temp geothermal energy generation or redistribute it. https://t.co/37yRsql2u9
Agreed! Economics = a key factor in our energy project developments, but we phrase it differently.
Instead of "free energy projects," we say "turnkey projects with zero CapEx options transforming heat into value."
How we frame that economic value is the key difference for us.
I cringe when startups say “we’re cheaper” than the competitor.
Cheaper has a negative connotation whereas less expensive sounds like a benefit.
Idk if it’s the salesperson in me but it makes a difference.
