@AsdaServiceTeam I have the asda app and the asda rewards app.
Last week I used some vouchers for my shopping. Since then, I cannot seem to check out my shopping and have had to resort to making a whole new account to do my shopping. ๐งต
Problem is, my rewards app is linked to my main account, as is my delivery pass.
I called up last week and your customer service team said tech were aware and trying to resolve issue. Meanwhile I have to pay more for delivery and unable to use my rewards app vouchers.
I flew to Hurghada on 7th Nov (W95777) and unfortunately a passenger became quite rude to your staff when refused more alcohol. Simona, the head stewardess, was calm and firm but polite. She handled the man with incredible integrity and professionalism.

The oxymeter would enable your staff to provide more accurate medical information, so that the pilots could request the appropriate medical care to meet the plane. Yes, medics were there but an ambulance was required for this particular patient.
An oxymeter is a small device that is placed on the patient's finger to read heart rate and oxygen levels. They can be used by anyone. A medical blanket would provide sufficient heat to a patient if necessary and again, can be used by anyone... tbc
May I please make a suggestion. Please could you provide a medical blanket and an oxymeter in with your medical equipment. These two pieces of equipment would be extremely useful in future in the event of another medical emergency in flight. ...tbc
I returned to LGW on flight W95778. There was a medical emergency on the flight which I helped to assist as best I could, but your staff were truly amazing. Nicole, Renee and Anastasia were kind, caring and professional. The pilots, Gemma and Owen were incredible... tbc
So, this year, so far, has taught me a lot...
I've done a lot of growing, mind focused self-improvement.
I've also had time to think about and act on some of my ideas and dreams...

I believe that when you open check-in and you KNOW that you have a child under 12 travelling with ONE adult, you should make sure that there are two seats available, no matter when they check-in. ๐งต๐ชก
@easyJet I shouldn't have to rush to check-in online.
You knew I intended to be on the flight as I had paid for it months ago.
Yet when I went online to check-in today, the only available seats together were in the emergency exit row.
