@tescomobile @tescomobilecare I tried 2 cards and tried to pay online. I spoke to 3 online chat customer service people too. And I'm in Germany so the customer care line wouldn't work. I even got my mum to try and pay it from England...

@tescomobile @tescomobilecare I just had to pay it to the debt collectors which literally took 5 minutes! The card was registered to another address but that seems like an absurd reason for me to be unable to pay my own bill!
