@JamesAFurey What a load of rubbish, itโs the fact that they have too many things forced upon them that are irrelevant to student learning. People get better at their craft by having the time to watch others and the security or being able to try and fail. Schools do not allow for this.
@BasedMillwall99 @Ginger_Tucci@DeborahMeaden Iโm going to guess he arrived under the cons. What an appalling thing to use and makes no sense against the workers human rights
@HTFCdooks I thought Murray Wallace was a rock in an awful game. Plus Humphreyโs looked better second half especially when he had a pass on to Alves. Do we all remember the 20 mins when Charles looked like a footballer ๐
@jujames94@TTRadioOfficial Itโs complete nonsense. I got feedback that students learned more and remember more from my lessons, enjoyed them and were making progress. Youโd think happy days, but then was told I was sticking in green sheets and marking in green pen. Madness
@thosethatcan I totally agree but I have worked in enough senior teams to know that nowadays some consider their job is to make others work harder. There needs to be a change in direction. Most things down in schools is to prove to ofsted when they arrive. Not for students and staff.
@tombennett71 I think the issue for most people is that when they get called isolation rooms people think cells and left alone in their. Usually given time to calm down but many many conversations that build relationships and improve behaviour happen too. We are teachers and teach behaviour
