Telling children to suppress their emotions by It's not ok to be angry,be impulsive, irrational & act your age doesn't teach emotional regulation. Disciplining a child for experiencing emotional dysregulation exacerbates behaviour probs, making them unhappy,trapped,isolated🧠🌱
