An initial startup idea can't usually be both grand and precise. In practice they're usually either grand and vague or precise and small. Precise and small is better. You know who your initial users are, and you expand outward. With grand and vague you can't even get started.
David in the Bible fasted and wept for his sick child but as soon as the child died he dusted himself up and moved on. A great lesson for doing your best when there's hope but recognizing when death has arrived and moving on quickly.
Students need to learn how to use AI, but they also need to learn how to think for themselves. So in schools there should be some kinds of work where students are expected if not required to use AI, and others where it's banned, and no mushy middle ground in between.
When you lack capital, time is the only currency you have left to spend.

Was in talks with an oil and gas firm who are still doing paper based approvals in 2026. This is a firm doing millions of $$ in revenue per day.
People underestimate the opportunity out there, and choose to remain pigeonholed because of their unique experiences.
The brain is designed to learn through constant repetition and active, hands-on involvement. Through such practice and persistence, any skill can be mastered.

My "Roman Empire is the realization that my life is a lottery win. Somewhere in Sudan, Pålestine, iran, Afghanistan, Iraq or Congo, there is a boy smarter than me. He is more disciplined, more resilient, and holds more potential in his single finger than I do in my entire career.

My "burnout" is a luxury he can't afford because his only job is staying alive.
It's geographical luck and it's a haunting injustice that we all refuse to acknowledge and look away
