The Senate passed a spending bill that includes an additional $18.8 billion for FEMA to respond to Hurricane Ian and future disasters. The vote was 72-25.

Neither of Florida’s Republican senators supported the bill — Rick Scott voted against it and Marco Rubio skipped the vote.
