Much animation quibbling regards merits of craft with terms that seem tangible but are actually subjective. Just describe the emotional response you have to what you're seeing. I think it would reveal that context, writing, and direction is what makes the drawings feel strong.

People overate fluidity way to much, it just doesn’t look good sometimes, especially in Dragon Ball. Characters look goofy and hits feel less impactful. I’ll take strong drawings anyday>>>
