Anthropicが一転してFable5サブスク無限更新編に突入してますが、計算リソースやOpenAIとの競争を考えると、Mythos/Fable独走に見えて、結構辛い局面なのでは。

・GPT-5.6の性能はFable/Mythos以外のAnthropicのモデルより高いので、Fableをサブスクから外すと一気にユーザーが流出してしまうのでやめられない
・しかし、おそらくAnthropicはFable/Mythos級のモデルが長期にわたって一般提供される事態を織り込んでいないので、計算リソースがかなり逼迫している（毎回、7日間だけの延長なのはおそらく計算リソースの準備の目処がつかないからではないか）。この事態が続くほど赤字
・AnthropicはMythos/Fableだけ突き抜けて、一般向けのOpus4.8、Sonnet5がGPTとの比較で微妙という奇妙な状況

今Anthropicに必要なのは、Mythos/Fable5.1みたいな最強モデルではなく、GPT-5.6よりと同等、あるいは最低でもGPT-5.5レベルかつ政府規制を受けないモデルなんですが、いろんな情報を総合すると内部的にはMythos/Fable5.1にすでにベットしている予感がします。

大企業よりも先に中小企業から安くてリスク管理上も外部SaaSを使った方がよいもの以外は内製化されるトレンドが起きるのでは。

ポイントは、プログラミング経験がない専務が、Claude Codeとの対話を1500時間重ねてここまで作ったこと。

「バイブコーディング」によって、業務を一番わかっている現場側の人間が、自分たちに必要なシステムを自分たちで作れるようになっている。

もちろん全部を内製しているわけではない。
勤怠管理や図面管理のように、安くてリスク管理上も外部SaaSを使った方がよいものはSaaSを使う。基幹システムのように会社のコアになる部分はSIerに外注する。
つまり、SaaSやSIerが不要になるというより、

「なんでも外注する時代」から、「内製すべきものと外部活用すべきものを切り分ける時代」に移っているという話。

特に地方の中小企業にとってはインパクトが大きい。これまでIT投資に数千万円〜億単位をかけられなかった企業でも、AIを使えば現場起点で業務改善を進められる。

大企業より意思決定が速く、現場との距離も近い中小企業の方が、AI活用ではむしろ先に進む可能性すらある。
