.@AmharaGuard released an early warning statement quoted below regarding an impending risk of coordinated state sponsored attacks against Amhara civilians in Amhara Region.

The alert highlighted that the Ethiopian regime is planning to use administration known us "Oromiya special zone" as a center of operation to incite religious and ethnic based violence which they can use as a  cover for a large scale attack against civilians by the recently deployed Oromo Region Special Forces (disguised as Ethiopian National Defence Forces).

Within a couple of weeks after the alert was released, the regime deployed two military divisions to station around Kemissie, a town within the Oromiya Sp. Zone. Which confirms the information in the alert.

The regime's fear of losing control and fortifying their presence around this specific special zone stems from the uncertainty they faced after the acclaimed success of operation 'Aba Nadew' by the AFNF East Sector Menelik Command in collaboration with Asaminew & Tewodros Commands (From AFNF West and South Sectors), and the news of consolidation of all Amhara Fano units under the AFNF North Sector Belay Zeleke Command in Gondar.

The deployment of stationary divisions in Kemissie followed by an in person visit by the Prime Minister himself shows a clear indication of upcoming attacks against civilians in Amhara Region. For those of us who studied the patterns of how the regime executes #AmharaGenocide, it is easy to deduce their plan. In 2021 in a similar chain of events, the Prime Minister visited Metekel amid the series of massacres being committed against Amharas in metekel. Many assumed his trip will bring reconciliation. But what transpired was quite the opposite. In the meeting pre-arranged speakers who incited hate against Amhara people were given free reign. Local officials who orchestrated the Amhara massacres were allowed to join the meeting as "concerned civilians" who wanted to  "resolve the conflict". Within 48 hours Amharas found themselves being killed off in their hundreds.  The killing fields were full of victims' bodies that they had to use excavators in order to gather the bodies.

Once again, prevention  is always better than reporting. Amharas in the region, fanos and everyone who do not want to see horrific massacres akin to the magnitude we saw in the #AmharaGenocide hotspts like Wollega and Metekel need to act and respond with precision.

The scheme center in the Oromiya special zone need to be dismantled.  Civilians need to be utterly protected. The PM indirectly mentioned empowering the people there ,which means arming his agents in the zone ....before another Mikadra ,Wollega or Metekel happens all who can should deter this plan.
