@ThreeCare - with you over 20 years with 3 accounts and trying to upgrade and you want to charge me to upgrade when I can switch providers get new phone and less monthly premium with more benefirts - madness that you will lose 3 long term accounts !

@ThreeCare - so I have 3 accounts with you and trying to upgrade and you offer no deals whatsover - I got an offer on one account, none on the other one - dealing with an online chat which comes from I don't know where - am cancelling the 3 accounts now due after over 15 years

@eir @rtenews @Independent_ie - so Eircom charged my 89 yr old father 18.45 late fee because his eircom bill was due 4th Feb and he paid 24th !!!!! Absolutely disgraceful carry on - he was in hospital and had his house burgled and with them over 50 yrs !!! Time to switch

@eir - he actually only has calls amounting to less than 6 euro a month and you charge almost 70 per month - you are completely and utterly robbing people - am trying to move him to a different provider !

@SportsDirectUK - you need to be aware the amount of scam accounts trying to get money out of indivduals - also you promise and charge for next day delivery and then don't deliver for 2 days

@Scaryoboyle @kyliewarr123 @newpeteV1 @CWeston_Indo Yes at the time we were in a small amount of arrears due to ill health but had an alternative arrangement with them for that for a small time - part capital, part interst and never missed a payment but they deemed it non performing on their end !
