Judge Gildea's Ruling Compelling Karen Read Lawyer David Yannetti to Respond to Plaintiffs' Subpoena⬇️

Specifically Judge Gildea notes, "The litigation privilege may protect attorneys against civil liability for conduct and communications within its scope, but it does not immunize relevant documents from discovery."

⚖️McCabe, B. Albert, C. Albert, Higgins v. Karen Read & Aidan Kearney
(Defamation / Plymouth County, MA)

In a new filing requesting Karen Read lawyer David Yannetti comply with a August 2026 subpoena, it was revealed Alan Jackson has "no documents responsive to a similar subpoena because he DESTROYED any responsive documents."

⚖️ EXCERPT FROM COURT FILING TODAY:

Jennifer McCabe, Brian Albert, Colin Albert & Brian Higgins v. Karen Read & Aidan Kearney

⚖️ Civil Lawsuit: Defamation & Civil Conspiracy

🚨The Broader Pattern of Discovery Obstruction by Key Actors in this Case:

💥Attorney Yannetti's opposition cannot be evaluated in a vacuum. His refusal is the latest example of a pattern of obfuscation that has defined the discovery period in this case. Each of the key players identified in the First Amended Complaint—
Read, Kearney, Attorney Yannetti, and Attorney Alan Jackson—has delayed or otherwise avoided producing relevant documents. Plaintiffs were forced to move to compel both Read and Kearney simply to obtain responses. Neither has produced documents nor indicated when an initial production will be made.

💥Attorney Jackson, Read's other
lead defense counsel and current counsel in the wrongful death case, has represented that he has essentially no documents responsive to a similar subpocna because he DESTROYED any responsive documents and maintained an auto-deletion practice throughout the relevant period notwithstanding his own Rule 1.15A obligations.

💥Attorney Yannetti may be the only individual involved in this defamatory campaign who did not destroy responsive and relevant communications.

🚨CONCLUSION:
For the foregoing reasons, Plaintiffs respectfully request that the Court enter an order compelling Attorney Yannetti to respond fully to the outstanding requests for production within ten (10) days of the Court's order and award any such other relief deemed just and proper.

If you caught our show Sunday night, you heard us ask a pretty obvious question:

For a group of people accused of orchestrating an elaborate conspiracy to frame Karen Read, why did they leave so much to chance?

Think about it - if the goal was to frame Karen for John's death, there were countless opportunities they missed.

They could have described a volatile relationship between Karen and John. Claimed Karen was visibly intoxicated at the Waterfall. Reported hearing an argument, tires screeching, or an engine revving outside 34 Fairview.

And when John was discovered? They could have immediately pointed the finger at Karen, raised suspicions about her broken taillight, and made sure first responders knew exactly who they believed was responsible and most importantly, MADE SURE HER LEXUS WAS AT THE CRIME SCENE THAT MORNING!

But that's not what they did.

Instead, the accounts they gave that morning to the first responders included observations that didn't particularly help build a case against Karen. And many of the accusations you might expect from people supposedly working together to frame someone were never made.

We've put together just a FEW examples from Sunday's discussion comparing what witnesses said and did with what they could have said and done if their objective had been to frame Karen.

And here's the part we keep coming back to:

We're supposed to believe this conspiracy was so meticulously planned that it allegedly involved everything down to a Faraday bag...yet the people supposedly involved couldn't manage to coordinate a few incriminating statements from the jump?

For criminal masterminds, they certainly passed up a remarkable number of opportunities.

FOUR YEARS.

Four years of accusations, harassment, reputations destroyed, families targeted and lives turned upside down.

Four years of real people paying the price for a conspiracy narrative promoted as though it were established fact.

And now, here we are.

In open court, Karen Read's own attorney is acknowledging that an implied conspiracy is no longer being alleged. For years, the public was told that private citizens and law enforcement officers coordinated to frame Karen Read, plant evidence and orchestrate an elaborate cover-up.

Those accusations had consequences. And the damage doesn't magically disappear because the legal arguments have changed.

The witnesses who endured years of public scrutiny, threats and attacks don't get those years back. Their families don't get to erase what they've been through.

And John O'Keefe's family has had to endure all of this while grieving the loss of someone they loved.

You cannot spend years fueling suspicion against real people and expect the human cost to simply vanish when the narrative shifts.

The courtroom arguments may change.

The damage left behind does not.

Accountability matters. So do the people left to pick up the pieces.

🚨A STATEMENT FROM THE FORENSIC ROOM:

Last night, during a livestream that has already reached more than 70,000 people, Melanie Little made serious and completely false accusations against the five women of The Forensic Room, claiming that we have doxxed, harassed, and targeted her.

She didn’t just make false accusations against us. She singled out five women and encouraged her audience to dig into our personal lives.

That is targeting, and it raises serious concerns about our privacy and safety.

Let us be absolutely clear: We have NEVER doxxed Melanie Little, threatened her, encouraged anyone to harass her, or engaged in any campaign against her.

We are five women who host a YouTube show discussing publicly available information, court proceedings, testimony, and evidence. We do not take our discussions offline to target, intimidate, or harass anyone.

We have been outspoken in our support of John O’Keefe’s family and the witnesses in the Karen Read case. We make no apologies for that support, and we will not be bullied into silence because of it.

We find it particularly disturbing that someone with such a large platform would broadcast these accusations to an enormous audience without providing evidence to substantiate them. Statements like these can have real-world consequences, particularly when they expose private individuals to unwanted attention, hostility, and harassment.

Disagreement is not harassment. Supporting witnesses is not doxxing. And exercising our right to speak publicly is not intimidation.

We will continue to stand by the people we support, discuss the facts, and exercise our right to free speech.

We will not be intimidated. We will not be silenced. And we will not allow false accusations to go unanswered.

[TESTIFY: Defending the Truth @Testify2490]

From the very beginning of Karen Read's campaign, she understood that in order to get people on her side, she first had to dehumanize anyone who wasn't. She had to turn real human beings into villains. Make them objects of ridicule, contempt, and hatred. Make it not only acceptable to hate them, but almost a requirement to be part of her movement.

And she was extraordinarily successful.

The hatred Aidan Kearney has displayed, and continues to display, toward John O'Keefe's family, the witnesses, and so many others didn't develop in a vacuum. It mirrors the contempt Karen Read herself has expressed behind closed doors.

And this cannot be stressed enough:

NO MATTER WHAT. NO MATTER WHAT YOU BELIEVE ABOUT THIS CASE. Speaking about parents who have lost their child in such a cruel, hateful, and disgusting manner is NEVER okay.

No, FKR. THERE IS NO EXCUSE. None. Not one.

You can disagree with someone. You can dislike someone. You can believe whatever you want about what happened that night. But there is a line that basic human decency should prevent you from crossing, and mocking or degrading grieving parents is so far beyond that line it's almost incomprehensible.

It's heartbreaking to see these newly revealed messages between Karen Read and Aidan Kearney and realize that even John's father wasn't spared the contempt. As if this family hasn't suffered enough. As if losing their son wasn't already more pain than any parent should ever have to endure.

And perhaps what makes it even more disturbing is the contrast between what was being said privately and what was being presented publicly.

These are not characters in your conspiracy theory. They are human beings. They are John's family. They are people who loved him, raised him, and have had to learn how to live without him.

John loved his family. It would be heartbreaking for him to witness the way the people he loved have been treated in the years since his death.

Four years of cruelty. Four years of harassment. Four years of people convincing themselves that their belief in a conspiracy somehow gives them permission to abandon every shred of compassion and human decency.

You do not have to agree with someone to recognize their humanity. You do not have to like someone to acknowledge their grief. And you damn sure don't have to believe what they believe to treat them with basic respect.

At some point, people need to ask themselves how they became so comfortable with this level of cruelty.

Because whatever you believe about Karen Read, John O'Keefe's death should never have become an excuse to dehumanize the people who loved him.

And the fact that this even needs to be said is absolutely heartbreaking.

[The Forensic Room @forensicroom]

The reckoning is finally here. And people are FED UP.

For years, we’ve watched a particularly ugly corner of true crime flourish online: accuse first, investigate never, turn real people into characters, build conspiracies around them, collect clicks and donations - and move on to the next victim when the engagement dries up.

But something is changing. People are fighting back.

The McCabes, the Alberts and Brian Higgins have spent years being publicly accused of participating in the murder of John O’Keefe.

The young men connected to the Nolan Wells case were publicly accused of murder and other horrific acts.

Patrick Clancy, after suffering the unimaginable loss of his three children, has been subjected to conspiracy theories accusing him of being responsible for their deaths.

Different cases. Different people. Same poisonous business model. Take speculation. Present it as fact. Find a villain. Convince an audience they’re evil. Monetize the outrage. And when the actual evidence doesn’t support the story?

Who cares? There’s another livestream tomorrow.

Except the people being targeted DO care.

Their families care.

Their children care.

Their employers care.

Their communities care.

Their reputations and lives matter.

These aren’t fictional characters created for someone’s true-crime content. They are human beings.

WE ARE SO GODDAMN HERE FOR THIS. 👏 Welcome to the reckoning.

[TESTIFY: Defending the Truth @Testify2490]

There you have it.

[Mama Llama @MamaLama43]

And there you have it:

✅ 2:27 “hos long” didn’t happen.
✅ The witnesses didn’t kill John O’Keefe.

Phelps. Voss. Wedge.

Interesting how the REAL journalists figure it out and realize that Karen Read and her lawyers made up a fantastical work of fiction.

The national media repeatedly reporting on a text Kevin Reddington sent Turtleboy is astounding considering NOT ONE of them—not even the Boston media—has reported on the texts between Turtleboy and David Yannetti, despite both publicly denying they were communicating.

No mention of Yannetti reportedly texting Turtleboy that he was worried he could be arrested and would have to stop contacting (harassing) the witnesses.

No mention of Yannetti praising Turtleboy’s “work”—while witnesses and members of the O’Keefe family were being relentlessly targeted, harassed, and abused.

No mention of Yannetti alerting Turtleboy that Jen McCabe’s HPO had been denied.

How is THAT not a major story?

These communications raise serious questions about the relationship between a defense attorney and a blogger who was publicly targeting witnesses in the very case that attorney was defending.

On June 5, 2023, Aidan Kearney took his defamation and intimidation campaign to a CHILDREN’S LACROSSE GAME.

A children’s sporting event. A place where families should be able to sit in the stands, cheer for their kids, and enjoy a few hours of normalcy.

Instead, Aidan Kearney showed up with his cameraman, Richie Koeugh (@DropMicrodots ), and turned that lacrosse field into another backdrop for his campaign against people he had decided were his targets.

Minor children were there.

Children watched as this man and his cameraman stood there broadcasting their version of events and spewing allegations about their family, their friends, and people they knew, respected, and cared about until they were ultimately forced to leave the stadium.

Imagine being a child and watching an adult publicly attack people you love at the very place you came to play a sport. What kind of person does that?

Apparently, the kind who believes nothing is off limits.

Aidan Kearney has repeatedly demonstrated that there are no boundaries he won't cross when he believes there is an audience to be captured, a story to manufacture, or clicks and views to be gained.

And we've seen that yet again.

Most recently, Kearney publicly identified and exposed a juror who had chosen to remain private after performing one of our nation's most important civic responsibilities: serving on a jury. That juror's identity had been protected by the court, yet Kearney chose to put him in the spotlight anyway.

This is bigger than one person.

✔️Witnesses should not be afraid to testify.
✔️Jurors should not be afraid to serve.
✔️Families should not be afraid to attend their children's sporting events.
✔️And ordinary people should not have to wonder what will happen to them if Aidan Kearney decides they are his next target.

There should be boundaries. There should be consequences when those boundaries are crossed.

And there should be absolutely no expectation that witnesses, jurors, families, or anyone else should simply sit quietly and accept being targeted because someone has built a platform around doing exactly that.

Because at the end of the day, this is about what happens when a person realizes that outrage, humiliation, exposure and personal attacks generate clicks - and clicks GENERATE MONEY.

We believe it is time to fight back.
