Some people asked if we could publish the slides from our presentations so we have uploaded them onto our website. Check them out here: https://t.co/VdzxN8OKEx #TestWest2018

The Perth team had two presentations at @TestWestWA. Ina Uhde (top right) spoke about her transformation from translator to tester, while Philip Johnson (bottom centre) and Arpit Patel (bottom right) presented on the past, present and future of test automation. #TestWest
Really awesome to have @katrina_tester here all the way from @BNZ to deliver the #TestWest2018 closing keynote titled A Practical Guide for Testing in DevOps.
Really enjoyed seeing @katrina_tester present today at #TestWest2018 about testing in a DevOps world.. especially the lego-based postulation that transformed the testing pyramid into an hourglass!
Interesting. @katrina_tester’s take on the testing pyramid. Taking a lego sorter analogy. I’m obviously not a fan at all of the pyramid (https://t.co/W8YFXwoa94), but this seems like a sensible approach. She explained that DevOps pushes you to lean more on the bottom blocks.
Now we are seeing an example of testing in production using A/B testing for a real world banking example about different ways to ask customers about creating a new home loan fixed price term. With this “the voice of the customer isn’t the tester, it’s the customer” #testwest2018
