Super excited to represent @TetherGlobal at the @EnergTechSummit in beautiful Bilbao.
we’re looking forward to showing the world how Tether is ready to make a big difference in cutting costs and carbon emissions across buildings in the EU and UK.

@hellomotorbike @0seiler Very cool project 😊
Are you still monitoring any of your classrooms with the EnviroQ device? You could include that data via API.
@TetherGlobal@WicMar@AmandaKvalsvig This automation concept is important. As a low decile school we don't have extra funding to pay for the extra hours of admin time to run a manual process. We need it as automated as possible.
@hellomotorbike@WicMar@AmandaKvalsvig We’ve done everything we can to provide a seemless and automated experience. All data is accessible via our mobile app and web platform and diagnosis is easy through our alerting and reporting features. We think this is super important to enable support and widespread adoption.
@WicMar@hellomotorbike@AmandaKvalsvig Our schools have access to a monthly report which highlight the classrooms that are most effected. We also allow teachers and staff to capture and measure the impact of behavioral or construction based changes. Both processes work, ours are just a little more automated.
It is worth noting that wealthy schools are able to solve this more quickly. Wellesley (private boys school) has had a full monitoring system from @TetherGlobal for a while and it enables them to assess risk and keep kids safe. Why doesn't your school?
@LucyTelBar We believe the MOE has disestablished the COVID/Ventilation task force. This after a questionable procurement process for CO2 monitors that are not suited for permanent fixture and no ability to record and analyze data across the school or multiple schools. Not great 😬
@friendlykiwi@paulbrislen@nzherald Aranet in Latvia. It’s a great sensor for personal use but terrible for the MOE’s application. It’s like BYO smoke alarm as apposed to having smoke alarms installed in your building 🤦🏼♂️
@paulbrislen@nzherald Yip
TLDR: MOE purchase sensors from an overseas company that aren’t fit for purpose and still aren’t all available when a 100% kiwi company had a better solution with availability.
Reason: 🤷🏼♂️ 💰💰💰

@covid19nz We couldn’t agree more. This is why we created the Tether Airborne Index. A Kiwi solution for combating airborne virus transmission:
