@Roxastheblade @Nintendo_Nurse @tzuyuflag @Stealth40k It's a longevity thing. You need both internet and for example a Nintendo Eshop server to connect to when downloading the game. The Wii Shop Channel got already taken down. If Nintendo does that to your Switch 2 servers in a few decades, your game will become unplayable.

@stonecoldmirac1 @excaliburn3d @Nintendo_Nurse @Stealth40k No it just means that there is typically the argument that people won't get the Switch 2 Version because of the Key Card but the full game on disk on PS5 instead, but now if you want to get the game there is no real benefit to getting the PS5 version.
