@AlaRecruiter 3) this one actually feels discriminatory. Someone who is neurodivergent may struggle to keep their car tidy π€·π»ββοΈ this is not an indication of how theyβll treat someone elseβs property. Absolutely zero relevance to their competency as an employee.
