@gnwbus @CardinalLangley Yes eventually got one but it ended up being a 40min wait….what I’m trying to highlight is if there was a tweet explaining delays then we could have made alternative arrangements……I know there is the app showing arrivals but I use this myself and I know it’s not reliable

@gnwbus your bus services 17,18,163 on the Rochdale Rd route are an absolute shocker. Just been at Shudehill for 20 mins without a single bus…..got on a Stagecoach service instead. It’s not a one off, it happens most weeks at work chuck out time

@DuncanVarley @UofGlasgow Yeah, my daughter has been in contact with ACAS & them this week. Glasgow can decline her place ahead of results day which will put her backup as her firm choice, so can avoid having to go into clearing.
They did say accom is still available but she didn’t want the uncertainty

@gwiondaf @Gethin76 Hi My daughter is in the same boat. She phoned UCAS and her back up uni today and it is technically possible to switch your back up to your firm and avoid clearing. It does however need Glasgow to agree and do that for you. Getting in touch with them to do it is another prob !
