๐ We're frustrated that you're frustrated! Sorry you're dealing with this, @Bovelett.
Right now (unfortunately), there isn't a perfect fix. Trust that our team is hard at work on a solution. In the meantime, our support team outlined some guidance in the TextExpander community about how to solve for this: https://t.co/W9GtpZe1qh
Let us know if this helps or if you have any questions. More to come from us soon!

Whatโs your excuse?
If you find yourself repeating yourself over and over when talking to an agent you need to do one of two things:
1. Create a skill to do said thing
2. Use a text expander to make shortcuts for repeated bits of text.
For skills, ship them into a skill marketplace.
@peterramsing@aarondfrancis TextExpander for prompting is one of our favorite use cases, @peterramsing!
Pro tip: If you have a doc of prompts that haven't made it into TextExpander yet, you can use the TextExpander MCP and have Claude/Copilot/ChatGPT create the snippets for you
Whilst drinking the first cup of coffee I asked Claude to go through Slack and find all my mistyped words in the last month and create an @TextExpander upload file - 92 new snippets for misspelt words - delughtud wit de resullt
Most productivity advice is fluff.
Here are 7 automation tools I actually use every day that save me 2+ hours:
- Zapier for connecting apps without any coding
- TextExpander for speeding up repetitive typing
- IFTTT for quick phone or smart home triggers
- Calendly for easy meeting scheduling
- Buffer for handling social posts
- LastPass for dealing with password chaos
- Notion for pretty much everything else
Don't waste time on stuff software can do for you.

@Razer@TextExpander, you two accidentally built great medical software.
The @ZoomInfo team just named TextExpander the best Magical alternative for teams who need cross-platform text expansion.
"TextExpander offers the most complete platform for teams needing cross-platform native apps, compliance certifications at mid-market pricing, and audit trails."
Of all the nifty software I've installed, TextExpander has to be the highest delight-to-complexity ratio. You set an abbreviation for your most commonly used snippets of text, and when you type it out anywhere it expands into the full snippet. So neat.
