- Repair was not carried out as agreed in emails. Follow-up emails ignored
- Returned with additional damage (camera)
- Have a VERY questionable queuing system when calling customer support. Been on hold for 1.5hrs & 1st in line for last 30mins

Updated Texuino app to latest Android requirements. Still trying to explore how to support connectivity from anywhere with an Internet connection (WiFi/3G/4G). Want to avoid setting up private server. Hoping a solution from @Dyn would be feasible.
