"I wouldn’t be where I am without Texas Tech and PGA TOUR U."

Ryder’s passing has hit especially close to home for our Team Burrows family. Ryder was the brother-in-law of one of our own, and our hearts are aching alongside his loved ones.
From all accounts, Ryder was exactly the kind of young man who made a difference without even trying—full of life, loyal to his friends, proud to be a Red Raider and a Texan, and someone who showed up for the people around him.
Elisabeth and I are praying for Avery and Ryan, the entire Harrington family, and everyone who loved Ryder—the number appears to be countless. We ask that you lift them up as well.
During a special-called meeting today (Sept. 4), the Texas Tech University System Board of Regents unanimously voted to name @CreightonForTX the sole finalist for the position of chancellor and chief executive officer of the TTU System.
With his nearly 20-year tenure as an elected official in Texas, along with deep knowledge of higher education, strong relationships and dedication, Senator Creighton is uniquely positioned to support the mission of the Texas Tech University System and continue its path of growth and success.
Following a required 21-day waiting period, the board will schedule a special-called meeting to take final action on the employment of the candidate.

Creighton at Tech means the future knows no bounds — from Lubbock to London, San Angelo to Singapore, we’re just getting started! His vision leading Senate Ed & Higher Ed has already set the pace for the nation, with countless other states following Texas’ lead. As a professor’s child, I can’t wait to see this guy on campus — changing lives for the next generation.#txlege @TTUSystem
‘It was @CreightonForTX on the ground over the last few years working the politics of both chambers of the Legislature to get it to this point.’ #txlege
Thanks @JeremySWallace. Victory has a thousand fathers but @CourtManske, @tgar1685 & @VanessaCTanner also deserve credit for this incredible investment in #txed #txlege
Let this election be proof that there are things women care about more than abortion.
We want safe streets. We want affordable living. We want secure borders. We want lower taxes. We want world peace.
And the person who has and will continue to prioritize these things is Trump.
Pastor Mark gaslights about the effect his Sunrise homeless shelter "church" has on the neighborhood. He's raising money to expand his homeless empire. Today every P. Terry's in the ATX area, even Williamson County, will be donating all proceeds to Sunrise

TODAY: One of the Adler #ATXCouncil acquired hotels at more than 3x market value (w/ all costs) still not being used for the homeless after more than 2 years. (Plus some weird graffiti still on the property) Other hotel paid too much for also not being used is @MOVEcandlewood.
