I'm a tech guy, not an attorney. I know networks and technology. A Flock camera is like taking a high end cell phone and loading it with an AI agent that has instructions to capture everything it sees or hears.

"May we load that on your phone?" Should be the question we're asking our elected officials.

I'm well aware. Her argument also falls apart on the basis that flock data, is cellular data. It doesn't matter the form of the datapoint (phone IMEI, wifi and bluetooth mac addresses, image, or sound) only that it's attributable to the person you wish to track. The location data is tied to the sim chip in the camera that establishes the GPS location.

The most important thing anyone can do is to actually read the patents.
