Occurred on Outwood Rd, Radcliffe at 1830hrs.
Once stopped the rider became aggressive towards police and CS Spray was deployed. A member of the public helped our officer in restraining the rider until backup arrived. We would like to thank that person if you could help share.

If people drive below 70 in lane one, someone can overtake at 65 in lane 2 and 70 in lane three simultaneously. If two cars travelling at 70 catch up to someone doing 65 in lane 2, one has to slow down to
