During the 80s my mom had me fingerprinted, due to kidnap scares at the time (Etan Patz), and though this helped me later in life because they were already on file for jobs, it still bothers me on principle. I work for a DNA lab now. They even say not to do this.
Received some info from victim, seems it uses "ccrypt" with following args: `/usr/local/bin/ccrypt -e -f -S junglesec@anonymousspeechcom -s -r -l /var/lib` - https://t.co/6QJjfZtEPz
@Xymbiz For trivial reasons, yes, and I had to seek forgiveness upon seeing the bigger picture...if I say I know how you're feeling then I'm a liar.
Bad things happen, bad enough to make you want to question God, however, jus know that He knows and sees all, you'll pull thru strong
Applied for 3 jobs today, found one more to submit tomorrow. If anyone's looking for a sysadmin wanting to get into security, I'm looking to relocate almost anywhere. DM'S open to ask for a resume if interested! #jobhunt#Infosec
I had a conversation with a few people and coupled with recent happenings, this is my conclusion, most people in Nigeria are not concerned about security, not physical but online security. They believe they have nothing worth protecting, nothing worth stealing...#DataPrivacy
@OcheHPL @CyberWura Data is in the loop but not as much as money is, you have said well...and from what I have gathered, these banks sometimes remain quiet or rather don't go public when hit by a Cyber attack, for instance, the WannaCry RW...unless my sources are wrong
@OcheHPL @CyberWura Yes corporates, startups even government, but not necessarily finance, data is even more lucrative. Targeted attacks ain't warming up, from the news I see there are lots of corrupt officials in Nigeria, compromising their emails is a thing. Early 2019, yes, cuz of the election
Some understand that there are threats in the cyber space but as long as they are not currently affected then the state of their security can remain like that.
Others are not really bothered about security and it will only take a real attack to convince them otherwise.
There are a lot of programmers writing insecure codes, resulting in insecure production. They don't know...Find them and let them know
