"We've been sent photos from a parent of a child who was able to use the gaming station placed by the Andromeda Arcade (Bronson Hospital, Kalamazoo, MI) and the mom wanted me to pass along the sweetest message:

'' Just let them know how grateful we have been during Charlotte's hospital stay to take her mind off her troubles breathing. Dawson was very unsure about coming to the hospital and was so nervous for his sister. As soon as this cart rolled in he got all excited to play Mario Kart with her, and they've been playing all afternoon together in between rounds, and check ins. 💕💕💕 '' "

We thought it was important to share with you the impact you've created and differences you've made in the lives of those who need it. The happiness and relief we provide to children, adults, families, during hospital stays.. To see the team's logo on a gaming station goes beyond representing just our team's members. When you see this, we want you to to feel that you're included in this difference too.

@JetBlue I am very disappointed in how I was treated as a customer. I truly have never had a bad situation but for 3 hours today I was treated so poorly. With proof given of misinformation and yet I was told "oh well, Im sorry" This is how you treat loyalty?

So I don't tweet but today...I am pissed. @JetBlue A rep told me misinformation. I followed every detail and yet I go to make the changes and its not allowed. Nothing was done to help rectify the situation and was told I was out of luck and that they are sorry. No help offered.
