It's been a week now, I still have no luggage, no update, no reply on DM from @AirCanada . No pram, car seat, or essential items for the baby. Is this a joke? @HeathrowAirport
@AirCanada flight delayed for 4hrs, lost baggage including Team GB kit, pram, car seat & essential baby items. No response from emails, been 4 days. Shocking service!
@tracylynn22102 @AirCanada Exactly. I've filled out a form I was given by the help desk, emailed them, tried phoning but no answer and now tweeted. But I have no pram and missing so many essential baby items. Medicine, all clothes, baby monitor etc... it's quite awful really
