The first donation to the ‘Maldives Corner’ featured Dhivehi children’s books, generously contributed by ‘Thakethi’, a Dhivehi content publisher founded by Ms. Aminath Shareehan Ibrahim. This initiative opens an avenue for book contributions to the Maldives Centre.

The High Commissioner, H.E. Dr. @Mariyam_Shab, officially inaugurated the ‘Maldives Corner’ at the Maldives Centre in Malaysia. This initiative aims to provide Maldivians in Malaysia with access to Dhivehi language and cultural literature and to foster cultural exchange, by sharing Malaysian publications with the Maldives.
