@dwpoker I reached out to my mortgage broker a week ago, planning to sell my house and buy another one, he had to run my credit and from that, I’ve gotten 150 calls in the past week from ppl asking if I want to refinance, it’s insane, thats not hyperbole, at least 150 calls
