I decided to sign up for a week of @F45Training in Camps Bay. The workouts are challenging but also manageable and different every day. I loved ‘Romans’ because it was more weight intensive but there are more cardio-based sessions too. Try it!

How much are we really eating? @insidePN got me thinking about portion sizes, nutrient deficiencies and being mindful of our own needs and limiting factors. Starting with adjustments to my own eating.
The biggest change I made last year was to stop skipping meals and eat! I had to let go of guilt associated with eating which I think also goes back to your own mindset of how you view yourself. I started to track my calories and realized I was way undereating. How about you?
