I raised a complaint on 6th jul evening regarding service disruption from My Jio app. Reschedule engineer visit several times and till now this remains the same. Went directly to nearest hub and there is no pIroper response from them, worst customer service @JioCare @reliancejio

@TANGEDCO_Offcl powercut for more than 2 hours in tvk nagar 17th Street and also in the nearby streets and main road. Called minnagam cust care and raised a complaint still there's no proper update. Kindly check and do the needful ASAP. Very difficult to pass the night time
