Paramount is reportedly aiming to complete its $110B acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery as soon as next week.

The deal has already cleared regulatory reviews in nearly 70 countries, while Paramount and the states challenging the merger reached a settlement last week. A federal judge still has to approve that agreement before the acquisition can officially close.

And now there’s another mystery: the name of the combined company could reportedly be revealed as soon as tomorrow.
