@rlofstad@txgermanbre Sjovt, jeg har den opfattelse at de altid er svenskerne som skifter til engelsk. 😀
But with a bit of effort we understand each other.
@dutch_import@JoelTheDane@NATO Like what is going on in Iran? Tanking the world economy. Maybe it would be better to focus on the defence alliance Nato and help Ukraine.
@nathandess1 @ElPrem1 @MalcolmNance @GenMhayden @realDonaldTrump We lost the same percentage pr. capita as the US did. We are a nation of about 5.5 million, do the math. https://t.co/mFuE2Q9Tyq
@JasonHornbuckle @mynameisNegan I clearly acknowledge your countrys contribution to Europe in the 2WW and after. But claiming that contribution is a defining factor in how we built our society is way off the mark. I'm pretty sure that most economist will say that the Marshall Plan also benefited the US.
@JasonHornbuckle @mynameisNegan I'm not bragging, I'm stating that there are other systems than the one you have and that other systems might have other benefits than yours.
@JasonHornbuckle @mynameisNegan Do you actually know anything about my countrys contribution to nato and ware efforts of the US over the last 50 year, including the cold war?
Feel free to be bored. I hope you will have a nice weekend.
@JasonHornbuckle @mynameisNegan Being a European I'm well aware of the US contribution to our security and safety throughout the cold war and in the great war.
That has nothing to do with our benefits though.
Having a country where people pay their fair share to the common good does though!
@JasonHornbuckle @mynameisNegan I think can not see how you could perceive my reply as talking shit, but that is on you.
Please do cut military spendings, it might make the world a better place!
Paying 65% in tax to live in one of the most secure and happy countries in the world is a small price to pay.
@JasonHornbuckle @mynameisNegan Of cause that is the problem US involvement in NATO and the shared defence of my little country is the reason why the US does not have all of the above mentioned benefits...
My granddad was an avid nazi until his death in the early 90s. He was a small town banker, volunteered in 40 and became a staff sergeant in the Wehrmacht. He was leading a so called "anti partisan" unit at the Eastern Front, participated in the capture of Kiew.
