A lot of the time it takes 2-3 years just to cover the R&D costs of something very large. If everyone could share it would be better though

@glizzymuribi @cvercee @eshouu2 Very hard to implement, the match chat is only accurate down to 1 min. Within 1 min someone can play 3 rounds. How do we know which one the "rdc" is referring to? Even if we make the match chat more time specific it will be a moderating nightmare. We can experiment though.
