@NPCI_NPCI can you help refund for failed trxn? IRCTC says no money recvd. bank says trxn successful. Ticket never issued. IRCTC gave in writing as I have been chasing both bank and IRCTC. Finally they both say go to NPCI.

@Airtel_Presence I m ur Postpaid Customer with family plan. Suddenly u have changed my plan from 999 to 1199 without my consent and billed me for it? How fair is that when I contracted the price with your team for a 999 plan (using since Mar 2023). It is so unethical!!
