@market2kk Couldn't agree more. Was gullible with climb bull posting every single day with big account. It's my own fault. My biggest investing loss ever (500kish). Have completely sold out and moved on. Not touching this or any bitcoin product ever again.
@_Adrian I guess it's trying to protect the retail shareholders who cannot comprehend the financial engineering that is going into this rather than making money through real output.
I do agree digital transactions has a big tail wind especially with Agentic and micro transactions. There is real $ to be made there. I can totally see stable coin being the force behind this and also in enabling cross border transactions. What I fail to understand is why Bitcoin? Stable coin technically doesn't require Bitcoin to survive. I also totally get the fiat currency dilution but I just don't get the argument of "fiat doesn't work so bitcoin will". Bitcoin has a fixed supply, I get that and the mining operations will forever create less and less of it but there are so many other factors supporting fiat that Bitcoin simply doesn't have or is not able to replicate. Bitcoin relies heavily on everyone having trust that it is an asset of value. And just because you think it should be valued doesn't mean it will be valued. I don't think it has earned that trust with general public. Just my 2c
Thanks. I think I do understand but I don't think I have mustered the same level of conviction as you and others in the space. Happy to be proven wrong and I wish the best for Bitcoin and the crypto community. I do think there is an agentic payments tailwind for some of the blockchain but I feel the the I institutionalization of bitcoin, MSTR and IBIT options have really chopped off the volatility and now operates just like a higher beta stock with more risk and less upside. Again, wish you all the best!
@BTCoptioneer I hope so; but difficult to rationalize what he is doing. Sell X buy Y with X and Y being either BTC, STRC or MSTR. Not sure if it's just a mind game
@AdamBLiv Are we going to totally ignore it? I thought that was the thesis for MSTR having higher MNAV. Not giving me any confidence to buy more MSTR if I am getting diluted every single day and now losing BTC as well.
I have been trying to find a balance between options for income and buying the stocks. And also minimizing the risk of margin call when crash last last month happens. I have been able to maintain abt 6k per week for now using both CSP and CCs but it's been a bit challenging without exposing myself to a lot more risk when I trade high vol names like NBIS and MU
