Back in my hometown 🏠 in #Kerala 🇮🇳 until Tuesday.

My work window opens to greenery. Rain every now and then, birds chirping in the background, and life moving at a much slower pace.

I've noticed how different environments change how you feel inside.

When you live close to nature, time seems to slow down. Here, even three days feels like a whole week. Not because I'm doing less, but because everything feels less rushed.

Still building, still working on the same problems. Just enjoying a different pace for a few days.

People say "build in public."

But most of the actual work behind building a startup isn't very exciting.

It's debugging, fixing the same edge case twice, chasing customers, following up on unanswered emails, accepting rejection, listening to uncomfortable feedback, and reworking a feature you were proud of just last week.

Some days, you make real progress. Other days, you spend hours fixing something you thought was already solved.

Very little of this makes it into startup announcements.

But that's what building a company actually looks like.

Am I the only one who reaches a cafe near the railway station 5 hours before my train?

In cities with heavy traffic like Bengaluru, I prefer travelling during off-peak hours rather than spending 2 hours stuck in traffic.

I save time, pay less for the cab, and spend that money on coffee and food instead.

Get some work done, relax, and head to the station 30 minutes before departure.

I do the same with airports.
Reach early avoiding peak hours , relax , get some work done .

Less stress, more productive time, and a much better travel experience.

Building a startup has a strange way of resetting your ego.

You can be a millionaire, have 10 years of experience, lead large teams, and build products used by thousands of people.

Then start your own company and spend an entire day trying to convince one potential customer to take a call.

Your experience helps. Your network helps. Your money helps.

But none of it guarantees success.

When you start something new, you still have to earn people's trust, prove your value, and find customers willing to pay.

That's what makes entrepreneurship both humbling and exciting.

No matter how successful you've been before, building something from zero is a different game.

The Constitution doesn’t give anyone infinite rights to protest.
Protests need permission.

The government gave permission for the last protest in a designated area, and the government never bothered the protesters for many days because they remained within that designated area.

The organizers of the protest never wanted it to remain a peaceful protest to achieve their political goals. They marched towards Parliament. The organizers already knew that this was a violation. In many countries, in such scenarios, protesters would have been shot dead without mercy. India, being a tolerant nation, doesn’t do that. The police defended the area.

Now the same group wants to protest without permission. I can’t protest with even 10 people infront of your house without permission.

In the same way, public roads do not belong to one group.
The Constitution doesn’t give you unconstitutional rights.

Ambedkar himself advised people to follow constitutional ways. Once the Constitution was created, the idea was to avoid unconstitutional ways .

Don’t bring Ambedkar and the Constitution into every argument just because you are a political fool.

Go and watch Ambedkar’s BBC interview and see how critical he himself was about reservations, Gandhi, elections, and many other issues.

Ambedkar himself is being abused here.
If he were alive today, he would have strongly confronted people who hold up the Constitution in one hand while adopting unconstitutional methods with the other.

The constitutional path is clear: courts, Parliament, evidence, and due process.
You cannot claim to defend the Constitution while deliberately bypassing the constitutional process.

Money is supposed to move : into skills, opportunities, businesses, assets, and experiences that create growth.

You can keep climbing at the same steady slope for the next 50 years.

But there’s no guarantee you’ll have 50 years.

What changes your trajectory are the peaks:

The decisions.
The bets.
The opportunities.

The moments that can push you 10 years ahead at once.

Build a life optimized only for small, safe improvements is more risky .

Create breakthroughs.

Don’t play only for the next month.
Play for the decade.
