I’m so over travel related companies. Flight changed which got me to Indy an hour earlier which is great. @Avis wants to charge me an additional day to get my rental car one hour earlier. Nice customer service, huh? I’m sure someone has the rental car right up until pick up time.

So much for giving Southwest Airlines another chance. Flight yesterday canceled and not rebooked. Happened to see email or would have been screwed. Lost Early Bird as a result even though refunded. Now return flight delayed. Happens every time I fly @SouthwestAir.

@christiangarcia Perhaps you should consider the work of this committee and the association that included a well attended new diversity pre-conference, diversity offerings in almost every breakout block, a speaker from the UK that was Sri Lankan, the celebration awarding two diversity awards, etc
