@RobGreen1010 @KyleSeraphin The stark reality is commanders are given a wide berth to lead their units relatively unchecked so long as they’re meeting mission. If you peel back the onion you’d probably find a lot more. a lot of toxicity out there when folks lead while overlooking core values.
