6. Host "unsolicited feedback" sessions
This is where a small team (usually 4-8 people) gathers to talk about someone in the hot seat as if they aren't there for 10 min. When it's your turn all you can do is sit & take notes, then you get 5 min to respond.
Here are the prompts:
I’ve seen a lot of takes on the Figma Adobe deal in past week and think most VCs/finance folks misses the point since they don’t really understand the market or tools Adobe and Figma makes. Figma is not a Photoshop killer and Figma didn't put "Photoshop in the cloud".

@theChrisDo Hey Chris, reading your book made me reflect on why I read in the first place. I wrote about that revelation here. I hope you enjoy it!

What book are you reading? Why are you reading it?

@theChrisDo However I kept reading it cause I love the content and format. It felt like talking to a zen master. Quick and easy to digest. Practical advise delivered concisely so to not needing too many examples to make a point. 👍🏼
@theChrisDo I did not like the way the book is bound, and I found it too stiff. I wish it was softer(?) to open, and to stay open, more like Show Your Work. Due to the stiffness, I don’t see the margins in the gutter, making the text block look off centered.
