Really disappointed @TUIUK! 1st family holiday with 2 year old. Booked Sept & no availability to book seats. At check in, both legs dotted around plane far apart. Store & phoneline say have to wait til day & speak to someone at airport. Unnecessary stress & so unhelpful! Fuming.

@TUIUK We tried to book seats back in September but at the time on the website it said it wasn’t available and that we could do it at check-in, but that’s also not possible at check in either. Now we have the stress of our 2 year old being seated on the other side of the plane!
